Job Description:
A housekeeper is a professional responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall tidiness within a home or establishment. Their primary role is to ensure that living or working spaces are kept in pristine condition through regular and thorough cleaning, as well as light maintenance and household management tasks.
Responsibilities:
Complete thorough room cleaning every day, which includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
Sanitize and clean common spaces, kitchens, and restrooms.
Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing; make beds; and change linens.
Maintain and arrange pantries, storage spaces, and closets.
As needed, replenish cleaning products and other necessities for the home.
Inform the proper person of any maintenance problems or safety concerns.
Get rid of garbage and recyclables properly.
Ensure that the entire property is kept to a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
