Responsibilities:
Operate company-owned or leased taxi vehicles to transport passengers.
Pick up and drop off customers at their requested locations.
Use GPS systems or knowledge of the area to plan efficient routes.
Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or groceries if needed.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Maintain trip logs, mileage, and fuel usage records.
Communicate with the dispatcher regarding route updates or delays.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously.
