Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Rider to join our team. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of orders to customers. You will represent the company to our customers with a friendly and professional attitude, making sure that every delivery experience is a positive one.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders accurately and on time to customers at their designated locations.
Follow the assigned delivery routes and schedules provided by the dispatch team.
Ensure all orders are handled with care to maintain product quality during transit.
Communicate promptly with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
Collect payments from customers when required and handle all transactions responsibly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and roadworthy vehicle/bike at all times.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador during deliveries.
Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately to management.
Assist with other duties such as order packing, when deliveries are light.
